After being born in Georgia and raised there until age 11, I moved with my parents (Randy & Debbi), brothers (Chris & Jason), and sister (Tiffany) to Port Huron, MI, in 1990. From this time, I started getting more involved in the church by helping out in the children's ministry.

Then in 1993, I started singing on the youth group praise and worship team The Rage at Cross Current Church in Port Huron. I was then asked to become part of an outreach band called Fast Forward and sing with them, which I did and also remained on The Rage. I traveled with Fast Forward across the US and Canada ministering at many youth groups and outdoor events. I began to help the band with writing lyrics and some music. In the mid-late 90's, I became the leader of the band and the name was changed to S-DRivE (pronounced "strive"). I believe this is the point in my life where God really began developing the gift of writing music that He has placed in me.

God began giving me new songs for S-DRivE as well as many new praise and worship songs for The Rage. Around the year 2000, I began playing bass in addition to singing on The Rage. This helped to develop the gift of music God has given me even more. I became the leader of The Rage and God continued giving me new songs.

In 2002, I began playing bass and singing on Cross Current's Sunday morning praise and worship team as well as remaining on The Rage. In June 2004, I "retired" from The Rage, but I am still actively involved in the Sunday morning worship team.

God continues to give me new songs. Some of them are used on Cross Current's worship team, some are used on Arrhythmia (formerly The Rage), and still more are just in my heart or on my computer. I know that He gives me these songs for a reason, so I will continue to be faithful with the gift He has given me.

God has blessed me with a wonderful wife, Rosie, whom I married October 14, 2000, and two precious daughters: Zoe Victoria, who was born November 8, 2003, and Haven Grace, who was born September 20, 2005. We live in Port Huron, MI and I work full-time at Cross Current Church designing the church's website and print media. I also have a graphic design business of my own - IdeaBug™ Media – and Rosie has a photography business – Artistic Captures Photography.
